Conversion of a building—previously used as a business center—into an educational institution (comprising a preschool, primary school, and middle school), including the preparation of architectural designs in compliance with regulations, obtaining the necessary approvals, and completing the full-scale reconstruction of the building. This also encompasses interior design and its implementation.
